service_partner_parts_replacementBoston Semi Equipment’s (BSE)¬†regional logistics centers maintain a vast inventory of available parts that have undergone and passed our comprehensive test and inspection process. To minimize the disruption times associated with replacing faulty parts, BSE customers can login to eMV, our fully automated online service portal to order, return and exchange parts or request system support.

BSE subjects each unit in our inventory of spare and replacement parts to a full suite of diagnostics to ensure that parts conform and function to the specifications published by the OEM. Parts covered by BSE service contracts can be delivered or shipped upon request, without waiting for faulty parts to be shipped, repaired and returned.
