Verigy (NASDAQ: VRGY), a premier semiconductor test company announced a customer support collaboration with MVTS Technologies LLC, a leading provider of value-added support and services for automated test equipment (ATE). In the interest of bringing industry leading wireless test solutions to fabless semiconductor companies in Southern California, MVTS has added a V93000 Port Scale RF system to its Test Applications Center in Carlsbad, California. MVTS Test Applications Centers provide complete services including test program development, full product characterization, and initial production ramp.
